We offer 2 days in office and 3 days at home. The Hybrid model is encouraged to support flexibility across our workforce; however, it is up to the discretion of the hiring manager.
Once the contract is signed, your line manager will reach out and start to work with you to commence your onboarding. We have online modules, and courses to be completed, coupled with inductions, and your meet and greets.
We have dedicated milestones throughout the year for each employee to work with their direct manager to achieve professional goals. Annually, we run a Professional Development Review and tailor Individual Development Plans to work towards achieving your professional development outcomes.
Our Support Office Talent Partner will work closely with you throughout your recruitment journey. We treat this as a tailored approach and work in conjunction with the Hiring Manager to ensure a smooth process for all. Upon initial screening, and through to Interviews, and background checks our recruitment team is here to support you every step of the way.
Weekly.
We provide a company laptop, and a phone if required. You will be required to set up your own home office space up and ensure you complete your work-from-home checklist. When in the office you will have access to a hot desk with monitors.
At our Support Office we have Finance, People and Culture, Marketing and Engagement, National Operations, IT, Property and Legal and Compliance team all here to support our national network of centre teams.
