The Opportunity
This is a fast-paced and collaborative role working within our Employee Relations team to provide ongoing support to our network on a national level. Being one of the first points of contact for ER enquiries through all communication channels whilst providing support in executing employee documentation and employment contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating with centres on outstanding compliance tasks
Assisting with generating employment contracts and letters
Providing timely guidance on internal policies and processes
Maintaining accurate employee records and facilitating employment changes through our HRIS – UKG Dimensions
Working with high volume, sensitive data in a timely and professional manner
About You
Solution-focused with strong attention to detail
Demonstrates professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong time management and organisational skills
Developed skills in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work within a team environment
Formal qualifications in HR or a related discipline
Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
