All successful applicants to the Study Pathways Program will benefit from a traineeship fully funded by G8 Education. There is no out of pocket expenses for you. The only purchase you will need to make is a working with children check for your relevant state/territory.
Yes! You receive up to 1 full day per month, depending on state requirements.
As an educator in training, you will have a strong support network surrounding you including dedicated RTO trainers, qualified educators in your centre, your Centre Manager and the G8 Study Pathways Program Team. G8 will also support you in accessing other dedicated mentoring avenues through both internal and external opportunities.
As a trainee you will gain experience in all of the Centre’s rooms.
The Study Pathways Program partners with sector leading Registered Training Organisations, dedicated to training early childhood education and care educators. Your RTO trainer will assist you both virtually and with in-centre visits throughout your study.
Your Centre Manager will offer daily guidance and assistance. You may also buddy up with an experienced Lead Educator or Early Childhood Teacher to further extend your learning.
The objective of completing your traineeship is to take the next step in your career as a qualified early childhood educator. This might mean continuing your journey in the same centre, or exploring opportunities available at another centre.
