Join us on a permanent Full-Time basis, partnering with our National Operations Team to recruit leadership roles across our services.

Key Responsibilities
Full function management of a portfolio and conducting recruitment activities to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
Coach and guide hiring managers through the talent acquisition process to ensure skill, culture, and organisational fit when hiring.
Use sourcing tools to proactively seek potential talent such as SEEK premium talent search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Building strong local partnerships to develop talent pipelines and pools of high-quality candidates.
Creating advertising strategies aligned with our employment brand and competencies.
Proactively seeking out local-level partnerships to build talent pools and pipelines of high-quality candidates.
About You
Experience within the recruitment industry, preferably in an internal recruitment role.
Qualifications in HR or Business Management disciplines are advantageous but not mandatory.
Awareness of current and emerging talent acquisition technologies and recruitment trends.
Ability to liaise with and coordinate a range of stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work successfully to deadlines.
Exceptional organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
