The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Partner to play a key role in strengthening our safety, compliance, and day-to-day operations across our centres. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, looking at data, and helping teams understand and follow best-practice processes. You’ll work closely with teams across our Network and Support Office to ensure our centres have what they need to succeed.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in operational support or compliance, with lots of exposure across different parts of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Support process improvements that make our centres safer and more efficient
Work with different teams to roll out simple, clear processes that people can understand and follow
Help review how we currently do things and suggest practical ways to improve
Make sure Centre Managers’ feedback is heard and included in how we build and improve systems
Create user-friendly tools, checklists or templates that help centres meet compliance standards
Turn data and reports into easy-to-understand summaries or actions for centre teams
Support the ongoing improvement of our timekeeping and attendance systems (UKG preferred)
Help maintain key processes like rostering and time approvals across the network
About You
Confident using Excel to manage and review data
Experience in the early childhood sector is preferred but not essential
Understanding of Modern Awards and regulations in ECEC would be a bonus
Experience using Time & Attendance systems (especially UKG)
Great communicator with an interest in safety, systems, and helping teams succeed
