The Opportunity
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to support our Leasing team in managing a national portfolio of properties that house our state-of-the-art childcare centres. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring rent and outgoings are paid on time, maintaining accurate lease records in the system, and working closely with landlords and internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly. Reporting to the National Leasing Manager and supported by a collaborative team, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact within a purpose-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process rent and outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Maintain and update lease records and critical dates in the lease management system (Nomos One).
Monitor rent budgets and perform audits to ensure compliance with lease terms.
Liaise with landlords, property managers, and internal teams to resolve lease-related matters.
Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure correct coding and payment of expenses.
Support continuous process improvements and maintain accurate data and records.
Prepare documentation for approvals and assist with ad hoc inspections and administrative tasks as required.
About You
Bring around 2+ years of leasing or property administration experience (ideally in multi-site environments).
Be highly detail-oriented, ensuring lease payments and data are accurate every time.
Have confidence working with lease management software (Nomos One experience is ideal).
Demonstrate a proactive approach, flagging issues early and following up without prompting.
Be a clear communicator who can manage external landlord relationships and internal collaboration.
Be reliable, deadline-driven, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Show a genuine team spirit, ready to support the broader leasing or property function as needed.
Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
