The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an exceptional, experienced and motivated Lead Educator to step into our Educational Leader role and build upon the excellent work of our team.
You will partner with our Centre Manager to inspire, mentor and lead our well established and qualified team of educators to continue to build upon the excellent work of our team. You will lead the development, implementation, and review of our educational programs and educational experiences.
As a member of GB Secret Harbour team, you will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

About Us
Welcome to Great Beginnings Secret Harbour, the ultimate choice for families in Secret Harbour, Golden Bay, Karnup, Singleton, and Lakelands! Our vibrant daycare and early learning centre offers a world of adventure and discovery for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. We provide long day care and a fun-filled kindergarten program, with extended hours designed to fit seamlessly into the busy lives of families.
At Great Beginnings Secret Harbour, children explore exciting indoor and outdoor play areas, experience cutting-edge learning resources, and engage in a variety of stimulating activities. Our centre can accommodate up to 92 children, with convenient operating hours from 6:30am to 6:30pm.
You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A current Working with Children Check
First Aid certificate
