About You – The Heart of Our Centre

You're more than just qualified — you're passionate, driven, and ready to make a lasting impact in the lives of young children.Here’s what you’ll bring to our team:

• An ACECQA-approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven experience working with children aged 0–5 in an early childhood setting
• Top-notch communication skills – both verbal and written
• A current Working with Children Check and a valid First Aid certificate
