We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Area Manager to oversee and support our centres across Sydney. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives on building strong teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering the best outcomes for children, families, and staff.
What you’ll be doing:
Oversee the daily operations of multiple centres within your region
Lead, mentor, and inspire Centre Managers and their teams
Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
Drive performance, quality, and engagement across your centres
Foster a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider community
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role (Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Operations Manager, or similar)
Strong knowledge of early childhood education and care regulations (or transferable experience from a highly regulated sector)
Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others
A results-driven mindset, balancing compliance, quality, and commercial outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
