Your Role:
As a vital part of our team, you’ll play an exciting role in shaping young minds! You’ll help plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities across art, music, movement, and outdoor play, sparking creativity and exploration in every child.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom culture that celebrates teamwork, diversity, and respect, making sure every child feels valued. You’ll observe and assess each child’s growth, working closely with parents and colleagues to ensure individual needs are met and achievements are celebrated.
Your role also includes maintaining a clean, organised environment, managing materials and supplies, and ensuring the safety and well-being of every child by following all policies and procedures.

Our Requirements:
We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for early childhood education! To be a great fit for this role, you’ll need:
A minimum ACECQA-approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
A solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Proven experience in the early childhood sector, specifically with children aged 0-5 years
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
The ability to work harmoniously as part of a dedicated team
A commitment to continuous professional development
