From day one, you'll take part in our Early Childhood Teacher First Steps Program, designed to give you a strong start and the confidence to settle into your new team:

• 3 months of dedicated support and training

• Regular off-the-floor time to collaborate, reflect, and grow

• A personal ECT Buddy to guide and support you during your first few months

• Access to Community Connection Sessions with other ECTs, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• A Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood) approved by ACECQA

• A current Working with Children Check

• Teacher Registration (NESA)
