The Opportunity 

We are looking for a Visual Content Producer to create high-quality photography and video that brings our brand, people and stories to life across digital, social and paid channels.
Working closely with the Campaigns team, you’ll balance hands-on content creation with the coordination and management of our visual asset library, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, compliant and ready for use across the business.
This role would suit someone who loves being hands-on creatively, but also enjoys the organisation and coordination required to keep a strong visual content function running smoothly. 

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photography and video across our centres, events and brand environments.
• Create authentic, engaging UGC-style content for social media and digital storytelling.
• Produce short-form video content including reels, stories and assets for light paid media use.
• Edit and deliver content efficiently in line with campaign timelines, social calendars and creative briefs.
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, Operations and Education teams to bring campaigns and everyday moments to life.
• Support larger campaign shoots, events and key brand initiatives.
• Coordinate photoshoots with centres and approved external creative partners.
• Manage and maintain the organisation’s digital image and video library.
• Build strong relationships across Support Office and local teams, providing visibility on progress, outcomes and learnings.

About You 

We are looking for someone with a strong eye for visual storytelling who is equally comfortable
behind the camera, editing content and coordinating multiple creative priorities.

You will bring:

• Experience producing photography and video content for brands, social media or digital
  marketing.
• Comfortable using your own photography and videography equipment to produce high-quality visual content across different locations and environments.
• Strong capability in shooting and editing short-form video content.
• An understanding of social-first and UGC-style content.
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence working across multiple teams, locations and competing deadlines.
• Experience managing creative assets, photoshoots or external creative suppliers would
  be highly regarded.
• Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
