The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Talent Partner to join our team at G8 Education. In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in building leadership capability by recruiting exceptional Centre Managers and supporting internal succession pathways.
Through proactive business partnering, data-driven insights, and talent pipeline development, you’ll ensure the right leaders are in place to deliver outstanding outcomes for our children, families, and team
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Regional Managers and HR Business Partners to understand current and future talent needs.
Manage full recruitment lifecycle; advertising, shortlisting, interviews, assessments, and compliance checks.
Build strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing, networks, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Support succession planning and internal mobility, including psychometric testing and talent review forums.
Deliver regular recruitment reporting and insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate on employer branding initiatives, showcasing our purpose, values, and career pathways.
Represent G8 Education at industry events and career expos to strengthen our employer brand.
Manage recruitment workflows in our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact by shaping leadership capability across G8 Education and ensuring our Centre Managers are supported from recruitment through to onboarding.
About You
Formal qualifications in HR or a related discipline (desirable)
Experience within the recruitment industry delivering a proactive and business partnering approach to recruiting corporate roles.
Ability to use market data effectively to attract potential candidates. • Strong stakeholder management and proven business partnering ability.
Ability to deliver high volume recruitment across different business departments.
Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, multi-site organisation.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from hiring managers, candidates and the public.
Adaptable, flexible, resilient and able to respond positively to change.
High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and organisation skills.
Demonstrated initiative and confidence in decision making.
Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
