Frequently Asked Questions
Majority of our centres are open from 7:00am to 6:00pm. This doesn’t mean these will be your hours; however, they will fit somewhere within these hours.
This depends on Centre requirements. Make sure you discuss this in the interview to fully understand from our centre team.
The hourly rate of pay is dependent on your qualifications and experience. As your experience and qualifications grow your rate of pay will increase. You also can increase your rate of pay based on your performance.
G8 Education offers career progression through our Study Pathways Team with opportunities to study a Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood, and a scholarship to study a Bachelor of Early Childhood.
Yes! All Educators will need to be available to rotate either opening or closing. If you require a flexible working arrangement, please let the team know.
Yes! Depending on availability in the Centre your child/children can be enrolled. If successful our 50% employee gap discount will apply to you.
