The Opportunity
As the Product Manager for Safety, Quality & Compliance Systems at G8 Education, you will be responsible for the system administration and leading the development and execution of the product strategy for this specific category. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the success of Safety, Quality & Compliance Systems.
This role will require flexibility with both strategic thinking and implementation. As a technical leader you will be comfortable operating in both spaces to ensure the goals are reached and suitability delivered.
Your day-to-day
Develop and own the product strategy for Safety, Quality & Compliance Systems, including defining the vision, goals, and roadmap.
Conduct extensive market research to identify center network workforce needs, market trends, and competitive landscape within Safety, Quality & Compliance Systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring they align with the category strategy.
Create and maintain a clear and prioritised product roadmap that outlines feature development and enhancements for Safety, Quality & Compliance Systems.
Work closely with center operations, safety & compliance, vendors, digital solutions, and other teams to drive product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and center network workforce needs.
Lead the product development process, from ideation to release, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of features and improvements.
Continuously gather and analyse center network team members feedback and data to make informed decisions for product improvements and optimisations.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of Safety, Quality & Compliance Systems.
Manage the budget and resources allocated to Safety, Quality & Compliance Systems, optimising spending to achieve strategic goals.
Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust product strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensuring seamless system administration, safeguarding data integrity, ensuring operational excellence and ensuring the system is robust, performant and resilient.
Ensure that all processes and enhancements are undertaken with an end user lens, with centre network team members needs remaining at the forefront of decision-making.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in Safety, Quality & Compliance Systems or a related field
Strong understanding of product management methodologies, market analysis, and product development processes
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
Familiarity with project management tools and software
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience in system administration
Knowledge of Safety, Quality & Compliance Systems and Industry trends is a plus
Strong sector experience is desirable
Willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
