The Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Administrator to assist the greater Digitial Solutions Product team. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing the day-to-day operations of our core products and contributing to the execution of the Product Managers' strategic roadmap.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems remain optimized, compliant, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance and technology, along with experience in system support.

This role is Full-Time on a maximum term contract for 12months. 

Your day-to-day

No two days are the same; this role is diverse, with depth and breadth to cement your career, now and into the future. Areas of core responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Provide high quality & customer focused tiers 1 & 2 support.
• Provide training and support to users of core systems.
• Develop user manuals and training materials.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance is maintained within applications.
• Work closely with finance, wider digital solutions, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure systems meet business needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for any issues or enhancements related to the core systems.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with systems.
• Implement best practices for data security and system integrity.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:

• At least 3 years of experience in financial systems support or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of finance principles and financial systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with supporting technology solutions. E.g. ERP systems, CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with cloud-based financial systems and technologies is desirable 
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid working with children check
