Qualifications that Shine!
ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
Comprehensive grasp of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Demonstrated expertise in early childhood services (ages 0-5)
Exceptional verbal and written communication prowess
Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
Strong team collaboration skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development
