Great Beginnings Parmelia offers long day care and a kindergarten program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with extended hours to suit busy families.
Our state-of-the-art early learning centre offers a vibrant and engaging environment, designed to inspire curiosity and creativity in our young explorers. Our facilities include:
Spacious indoor and outdoor play areas, perfect for active learning and adventure
Modern rooms equipped with the latest technology and age-appropriate resources

With a capacity for up to 106 children, our centre is open from 6am to 6pm, providing a safe and nurturing space for your little ones to thrive.
Lead and support in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities, including art, music, movement, and outdoor play
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity
Observe and assess the development and progress of each child, and communicate with parents and colleagues about individual needs and achievements
Maintain a clean and organised room, including managing materials and supplies
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, following all policies and procedures

Our Requirements
Hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Proven sector experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A current Working with Children Check
First Aid certificate
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Commitment to ongoing professional development
