About Us

Welcome to Great Beginnings Parmelia! We’re inviting passionate and experienced Lead Educators to join our vibrant, nature-inspired early learning centre. Conveniently located near public transport and surrounded by beautiful outdoor spaces, we provide a dynamic environment where children aged 6 weeks to 6 years can explore, learn, and grow.

As a Lead Educator with us, you’ll have the unique opportunity to inspire and shape the next generation of young minds, working alongside a team of like-minded professionals who are equally dedicated to providing exceptional care. Our centre offers long day care and kindergarten programs, open from 7am to 6pm, with capacity for up to 72 children.

About You

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team! You will bring:

• An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards it)
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven experience as an educator in an early childhood setting, working with children aged 0-5 years
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• A valid First Aid certificate
