Great Beginnings Golden Bay is offering an exceptional candidate a Lead Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.
About Us
Our daycare and early learning centre is the go-to choice for families in Golden Bay, Secret Harbour, Singleton, and nearby areas.
Children thrive in our engaging indoor and outdoor play spaces, with rooms full of the latest tech and learning tools, plus a variety of fun activities to spark creativity.
With room for up to 100 children, our centre operates from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, providing ample time for learning and play.
You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services (Or working towards)
An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Proven Lead/Room Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A current Working with Children Check
First Aid certificate
