The Opportunity

Offering an exceptional candidate a Lead Educator/ Educational Leader role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

We are currently seeking an exceptional, experienced and motivated Lead Educator to step into our Educational Leader role and build upon the excellent work of our team. 

You will partner with our Centre Manager to inspire, mentor and lead our well established and qualified team of educators to continue to build upon the excellent work of our team. You will lead the  development, implementation, and review of our educational programs and educational experiences.

About Us

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years) 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• A current Working with Children Check 
• First Aid certificate
