About Us
Welcome to Great Beginnings Canning Vale! Conveniently located for families in Canning Vale, Thornlie, Southern River, and surrounding areas, we offer long day care and a kindergarten program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with extended hours to fit busy schedules.
Our diverse team speaks over 20 languages, making all families feel at home. We provide a kindergarten program led by Early Childhood Teachers, along with meals, weekly Mandarin classes, and a sports program. Our educators and children enjoy community activities, including yoga in the park and visits to local playgrounds.
Our centre caters for up to 105 children, open from 6:30am to 6:30pm.
You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
A strong understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) to enable you to effectively lead implementation, evaluation, and delivery of educational programs
Proven Educational Leader/Lead Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Dedication and commitment to developing the future of children
The enthusiasm to be proactive in implementing curriculum
Must be available to open and close the centre as a Responsible Person
A friendly and energetic demeanour
Successful Applicants must also hold
A current Working with Children Card
First Aid Certificate
