We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Talent to lead the evolution of our enterprise talent strategy and build the workforce capability required to deliver our purpose and long-term success.
This is an opportunity to shape how G8 attracts, develops, and retains the people who create meaningful experiences for children, families and communities across Australia. Working closely with our centre leaders and the broader People & Culture team, you will influence workforce strategy, strengthen leadership pipelines and embed contemporary talent practices that position G8 as an employer of choice.
About the role
The Head of Talent is responsible for leading G8’s enterprise Talent Strategy, ensuring we have the capability, workforce insights and talent pipelines required to support our strategic priorities.
