Welcome to Great Beginnings Beckenham—a vibrant, purpose-built centre where every day is filled with fun, learning, and heart. Located in the heart of a buzzing community, we proudly support families across Beckenham, East Cannington, Cannington, Queens Park, Kenwick, and Langford.

Our modern centre is designed for little learners aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with room for up to 104 children and a full day of discovery from 6:30am to 6:30pm.

We’re not just a childcare service—we’re a place where young educators can launch their careers, be part of a passionate team, and help shape the early years of children’s lives in meaningful ways.

About You

You're passionate about early learning and ready to bring your energy, ideas, and heart into a team that values every moment of the early years. Here’s what makes you a great fit:

• You’ve got a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• You understand the magic of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and know how to deliver quality through the National Quality Standards (NQS)
• You’ve spent time working hands-on with children aged 0–5 and know what it means to create safe, nurturing, and inspiring spaces
• You’re a confident communicator—whether you're chatting with parents, teammates, or tiny humans
• You have a valid Working with Children Check
• Your First Aid certificate is up to date (because safety always comes first!)
• Available to work Full Time from Monday to Friday on a rotating roster
