The Opportunity 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Leadership and Management Program Partner to join us on a 24month contract!

As the face of this program, you will balance your time between designing, developing, and delivering the program to our Queensland Leadership team.

You will be involved in a range of responsibilities from administration and reporting to content and assessment design and workshop/webinar facilitation. This is a role with the potential for high impact and influence on our future leaders across our centre-based teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure content and assessment is relevant, current and readily available on the G8 Learning Management System
• End to preparation, delivery and facilitation of interactive workshops and webinars, with reporting to support participant progression, workshop attendance, and compliance
• Utilise data to assess the impact of capability initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.

About You 

• Tertiary qualifications in Early Education and Care or equivalent experience (highly regarded)
• Vocational qualification in training and assessment or equivalent experience (highly regarded)
• Proven experience in developing
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• and delivering leadership programs or similar initiatives in face to face or virtual environments.
• Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
