🎓 Diploma Qualified You hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent), and you're confident in your ability to lead learning experiences.
📚 You Know the Frameworks With a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), you know how to turn theory into fun, meaningful moments for kids.
👶 You’ve Done This Before You bring real-world experience working with children aged 0–5, and you know how to adapt, stay calm, and bring the good vibes—no matter what the day throws at you.
🤝 Teamwork Is Your Thing You love being part of a close-knit team where ideas are shared, support flows both ways, and everyone lifts each other up. You're collaborative, positive, and always ready to pitch in.
💬 Great Communicator Whether you're talking with families, teaming up with colleagues, or documenting a child's day—you’re clear, thoughtful, and professional.
✅ Ready to Go You’ve got your Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate, and all required CPR/anaphylaxis training.
