Jellybeans Padbury is offering an exceptional candidate an Assistant Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.
This role is full time , 38 hours per week, on a contract ending November 2025, with the possibility to extend.
About Us
Jellybeans Childcare Padbury child care and early learning centre is a convenient choice for local families living in Padbury, Hillarys, Duncraig, Greenwood, Joondalup, Whitfords and Kingsley. Our Padbury child care centre offers long day care and kindergarten for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.
You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A current Working with Children Check
First Aid certificate

Plan and deliver engaging activities (art, music, movement, outdoor play)
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture
Observe, assess, and communicate children's progress and needs
Maintain a clean and organized room
Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times

Our Requirements
Hold a Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and care (working towards their Diploma or equivalent)
An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Proven sector experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A current Working with Children Check
First Aid certificate
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
