This role is Full-Time working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday in the Nursery, ages 0 -2yrs.
There is also a Part-Time role working 24 - 25.5 hours per week, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday in the Kindy Room 2.5-3.5yrs
About Us
Our purpose-built childcare and preschool centre in Banora Point offers innovative early learning programs in a safe, nurturing environment. Our recently renovated outdoor environment features a mixture of natural elements, including large gum trees, a climbing fort with timber finishes, a large sandpit, a dry river rock bed for water play, a timber swing, worm farms, and a compost tumbler. Children can explore outdoors in any weather, protected by natural shade. Our inviting indoor spaces are decorated with children’s art and equipped with natural furniture and diverse resources. We have a diverse team of educators, including some who have been with us for over 20 years and staff members who attended Little Angels as children. All educators are trained in first aid, CPR, and safe sleep. We engage with the local community through aged care visits, emergency service visits, and school events. Children can also participate in extracurricular activities like kindy songs and the Future Champs sports program.
We proudly cater to up to 76 children, with operating hours from 7:00am - 7:00pm, Monday to Friday. It's where the fun never stops!
You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Proven Educator experience within an early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A current Working with Children Check
First Aid certificate
