The Opportunity 

The Product Owner is responsible for the day-to-day operational support of the Products within the product portfolio and supporting ongoing initiatives to deliver improvements to the product services within the portfolio.  

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems service standards are maintained and initiative impacting the portfolio are delivered. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supporting technology systems and embrace the development of domain specific experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and action support requests from the business from an operational perspective.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Support the Product Manager and business by preparing reports as required.
• Support the Product Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of initiative from initiation to closure.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, and outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Identify and highlight risks and issues, support the development and implementation of mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed

About You 

• Proven experience as a business / system support role. 
• Awareness of product management methodologies is desirable.  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
• Strong problem-solving skills. 
• Familiarity with project management tools and software. 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
