Join a Team That Grows Together – Assistant Educator (Diploma Qualified) Buggles Brookfield Place – Perth CBD
Are you an educator who thrives in a collaborative environment and believes in the power of connection? At Buggles Brookfield Place, we’re more than just a childcare centre—we’re a community that supports, uplifts, and grows together.
We’re currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified Assistant Educator to join our warm and supportive team. In this role, you’ll help create meaningful, play-based learning experiences for children aged 6 months to 5 years, while working alongside a team that values shared ideas, open communication, and mutual respect.
If you're ready to make a real impact in a centre that celebrates teamwork and puts relationships first, we’d love to hear from you.
About Us
At Buggles Brookfield Place, we believe in creating a space where educators thrive and children flourish. Located in the heart of Perth CBD, our purpose-built centre caters to up to 68 children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, offering long daycare and kindergarten programs with extended hours from 6:30am to 6:30pm.
Our learning environments are designed to spark curiosity and connection—featuring spacious indoor areas with natural resources and age-appropriate technology, and vibrant outdoor spaces with bike tracks, sandpits, a cubby house, and a thriving veggie garden. It’s a place where children explore, play, and grow—and where educators collaborate, innovate, and make a lasting impact.
If you're passionate about teamwork, meaningful relationships, and shaping young minds, we’d love to welcome you to our community.
As an Assistant Educator, you’ll play a key role in shaping young minds through thoughtful, age-appropriate experiences—from art and music to movement and outdoor play. You’ll help create a warm, inclusive environment where teamwork and respect for diversity are at the heart of everything we do.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities
Fostering a positive classroom culture built on collaboration and connection
Observing and documenting each child’s development, and sharing insights with families and colleagues
Maintaining a well-organised, welcoming learning space
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of every child, always following best practices and centre policies
If you’re an educator who values strong relationships, professional growth, and making a real difference—this is your opportunity to thrive.
