Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration and continuous improvement 
• Manage talent pipelines and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to our centre support needs 
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Operations, Workforce Planning and Study Pathways to drive aligned recruitment solutions 
• Oversee digital campaigns and data-driven strategies to maximise reach, engagement and candidate quality 
• Support employer brand growth by championing our EVP and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences 
• Utilise recruitment systems, data, and analytics to report on performance and guide decision-making

About You 

You’re not just a recruiter — you're a strategic thinker, influencer, and culture builder. You thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and bring a proven track record of leading recruitment outcomes with measurable success. 

You'll also bring: 

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on leadership and stakeholder engagement 
• A history of driving successful, innovative recruitment initiatives 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels 
• The ability to analyse and act on data to continuously improve team performance 
• Experience in the early childhood sector is a bonus, but not essential
• Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
