We’re a passionate team at Great Beginnings Parmelia, and we’re looking for an experienced, energetic and inspiring Centre Manager to lead our 106-place centre and become an important part of our close-knit community.

Competitive salary package up to $118K + Super, based on experience and qualifications

• Proven experience in an early childhood leadership role
• ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher
• A strong and unwavering commitment to child safety, wellbeing and safeguarding
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills

• Strong knowledge of the NQF and regulatory requirements
