About the Role

• Full-time permanent position – 38 hour week
• Lead and mentor a passionate team of educators and leaders
• Drive quality practice, compliance and operational excellence
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the community
• Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive team culture
• Champion a “Safety First, Always” approach across all areas of the service

You will bring:

• Previous leadership experience within Early Childhood Education and Care
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Confidence in leading teams through growth, change and continuous improvement
• A passion for being part of the positive change in early childhood education
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to mentor, inspire and develop educators and emerging leaders
• Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and National Quality Standards
• A proactive, solutions-focused and positive leadership style
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for children and teams
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality outcomes for children, families and educators
