We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Educator to join our experienced team of early childhood professionals. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for ongoing growth, development, and support.

About Us

Located a short distance from Bargo Train Station, Community Kids Bargo is a purpose-built early learning centre catering for up to 69 children daily. We offer:

  • Beautiful indoor and outdoor play areas
  • Rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate resources and technology
  • A play-based curriculum guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Operating hours from 6:30am to 6:30pm - Opportunity for early starts with a 2.30pm finish!

About You

  • You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services 
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
