We have an opportunity for an experienced Area Manager to oversee and support our centres across Perth. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives on building strong teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering the best outcomes for children, families, and team members.

Your day-to-day

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple centres within your region
• Lead, mentor, and inspire Centre Managers and their teams
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
• Drive performance, quality, and engagement across your centres
• Foster a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with families, team, and the wider community

About You

• Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role (Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Operations Manager, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education and care regulations
• Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others
• A results-driven mindset, balancing compliance, quality, and commercial outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Resilience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to safety.  
• Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
