The Opportunity

World of Learning Leumeah is offering an exceptional candidate a Full-Time Assistant Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is confident in their understanding of the roles and responsibilities within an Early Childhood setting.

We have two positions available:

• 1 x Certificate III qualified Educator

• 1 x Diploma qualified Educator

Hours of work:

• Desired candidate to be flexible with shifts between opens and closes, though this is not essential.

• Middle-shift available (approx. 9.30am–5.30pm)

• Potential for fixed shifts

• Working across the 2-3year toddler room

Our centre is conveniently located near train and bus stops, making travel to and from work easy.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 55 children with operating hours from 6.30am to 6pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 Qualification in Children’s Services 
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years) 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
