The Opportunity We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be key in contributing to the development of strategies that optimise portfolio investment outcomes, aligning with our strategic objectives. You will lead and manage the effective planning and execution of preventative and reactive maintenance programs to maintain compliance standards across all centres, ensuring that all environments are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.
Your Day-to-Day
Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at optimising portfolio investment outcomes in line with overall business objectives.
Lead and manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of preventative and reactive maintenance programs.
Ensure that all facilities meet compliance standards, including health, safety, and environmental regulations, and are fit for purpose.
Oversee the maintenance of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure maintenance is carried out effectively and within agreed timelines.
Manage budgets related to maintenance and operations, identifying opportunities to optimise costs without compromising quality or compliance.
Coordinate with stakeholders to address facility-related concerns and ensure the ongoing operational readiness of all sites.
Regularly review facility performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as required.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in facilities management processes and procedures.
About You

Strong strategic thinking abilities with experience aligning operational strategies with broader business objectives.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Budget management experience, with a focus on cost optimisation.
Strong communication skills, capable of working with internal teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to drive continuous improvements across facilities operations.
Relevant certifications in facilities management are desirable.
