Welcome to Great Beginnings Parmelia! We’re excited to invite passionate educators to join our vibrant, nature-filled early learning centre. Conveniently located near public transport and surrounded by beautiful outdoor spaces, we offer a dynamic environment where children aged 6 weeks to 6 years can explore, grow, and learn.

As part of our dedicated team, you’ll have the opportunity to inspire young minds alongside a group of like-minded professionals. With long day care and kindergarten programs, our centre is open from 7am to 6pm and accommodates up to 72 children.

About You

We’re looking for passionate educators who are dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of children. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently working towards it)
• A solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven experience working with young children (ages 0-5) in an early childhood setting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A current Working with Children Check
• A valid First Aid certificate
• Available to work Fulltime on a rotating roster
