The Opportunity
The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for managing and supporting the Accounts Receivable team and providing general support to the overall finance team relating to financial functions as directed by the Finance Services Manager and Financial Controller.
Your day-to-day
No two days are the same; this role is diverse, with depth and breadth to cement your career, now and into the future. Areas of core responsibility include, but are not limited to:
Manage and provide reporting on the aged receivables
Manage weekly bank reconciliations and reconciliations of clearing accounts for all 400+ centre bank accounts & corporate bank accounts
Manage the Accounts Receivable team by planning, mentoring and fostering a collaborative working environment and ensure sufficient training and guidance is provided to all team members.
Manage invoicing and debt follow up for third party customers and corporate debtors.
High level debt reporting to Management, including FC, CFO and COO.
Support Area and Regional Operations Managers by monitoring and reporting on centre performance in relation to adherence to debt policy.
Manage and liaise with external collection agent for referred debt
Review, approve and report on bad debt write off monthly and overall management of continue improvement.

Previous Accounts Receivable Management experience in a large organisation
Ability to effectively manage team members to deliver outcomes
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong client-focused approach to work with the ability to problem solve and identify appropriate corrective action.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Proven proficiency in use and application of Microsoft Office suite
