Located in the heart of Morley and serving families from Kiara, Eden Hill, Lockridge, Beechboro, Noranda, and Bennett Springs, our freshly renovated centre offers a dynamic learning environment both indoors and out. Jellybeans Child Care Morley is offering an exceptional candidate a Lead Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.
At capacity our centre caters for up to 65 children with operating hours from 7am to 6pm.
You are a qualified and passionate early childhood educator, committed to creating meaningful learning experiences and nurturing environments for young children. We are seeking individuals who embody the following:
Diploma Qualification You hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and demonstrate confidence and competence in your professional practice.
Strong Knowledge of Frameworks You possess a thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), and you apply these effectively to deliver engaging, high-quality educational programs.
Experience in Early Childhood Settings You have hands-on experience working with children aged 0–5 years and are skilled in creating safe, inclusive, and stimulating environments that support each child’s development.
Excellent Communication Skills You communicate clearly and professionally with families, colleagues, and children. Your written and verbal communication skills support effective documentation and collaboration.
Compliance and Safety Preparedness You hold a current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate, including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care.
You will also share our commitment and passion for bringing learning to life, inspiring the children in our care to reach their full potential.
