  • Carry out infrastructure changes and deployments across cloud and on-premise environments, following established change management processes.
  • Identify repetitive or manual tasks and contribute to automation initiatives using tools, scripts, or platform-native automation capabilities.
  • Assist in maintaining system health by responding to incidents, investigating issues, and escalating where appropriate.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles to support efficient BAU operations.
  • Support the technical delivery of infrastructure-related project tasks, working under direction from senior engineers or project leads.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues independently or in collaboration with vendors, and suggest improvements to reduce recurring issues

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Practical experience supporting cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, SD-WAN) and enterprise systems.
  • Exposure to automation tools, scripting, or platform-native solutions (e.g., Azure Runbooks, AWS Lambda, PowerShell).
  • Understanding of ITIL-aligned processes such as incident, request, and change management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to resolving issues.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (e.g., firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN) and identity platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD).
