The Opportunity
As an Operations Innovation Lead, you will lead key operational initiatives that enable our centre network to deliver strong business outcomes. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, you’ll help enhance our operating model to ensure high-quality, consistent experiences for both our Centre Managers and families. Your work will focus on translating insights into action, streamlining processes, and supporting the network with scalable, strategic solutions that drive performance and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
Operationalise the data being brought forward from various support & leadership teams into a usable format for our Centre network to drive meaningful actions. Where applicable translate these actions into ongoing rhythms captured within playbooks.
Lead the insights and now-what with Regional Managers as they relate to Operational processes and accountabilities.
Lead the continuous improvement of our operating model as it relates to Occupancy. Ensuring we are efficient whilst driving great outcomes across our pipeline and delivering operational excellence to our communities.
Lead and innovate the operational revenue model through initiatives - driving efficiencies as a result and unlocking Occupancy potential.
Partner with analytics teams to utilise external and internal data and emerging trends that will have significant impact on key operational outcomes - creating compelling narrative, data driven insights to educate, inform and influence.
Build clear processes that drive efficiencies and achieve operational outcomes
Partner with the Centre Network teams to understand opportunities to lead the build and delivery of operations business improvement initiatives.
About You
You’re commercially minded, analytical, and passionate about driving meaningful change. You thrive on creating structure out of complexity and turning strategy into action.
You'll bring:
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A passion for supporting teams and driving positive outcomes in a dynamic environment
Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
