This role is Fulltime for a 6-month contract, with possibility to extend with an immediate start.
About Us
Our daycare and early learning centre is a convenient choice for local families in Byford, Darling Downs, Oakford and Whitby. Great Beginnings Byford offers long day care and a kindergarten program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with extended hours to suit busy families.
At capacity our centre caters for up to 98 children with operating hours from 6:30am to 6:00pm.
You hold an ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
You have a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
You bring proven experience working with children aged 0–5 in an early childhood setting
You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person
You hold a current Working with Children Check
You have a valid First Aid certificate
Full-time availability is a plus and opens up more opportunities to grow with us
